Yes. The last couple days I've had two different occasions where it would not let me post, I had to keep trying over and over and over until it eventually worked.
First time it only took 3 tries, second time.. It took like 10.

Haven't had any problems posting since near the beginning when I signed up! Back then I had a similar problem posting where it would take numerous tries, so it's been nice to not experience that for a while.. But looks like it's back to an extent. Hopefully it clears up before too long.
