A Wise Decision to Buy Orbs # Splinterlands

A few days back I wrote this post titled What do I do with a Skeletal Warrior? where I talked about a Gold Foil Skeletal Warrior I got. In that same post, I received a comment from a fellow Splinterlands player who suggested me to Sell or Burn the Gold Foil Skeletal Warrior and get some Orbs. The reason he gave was pretty sound which was that Promo Monsters are higher priced than Normal Monsters which was True.

So I went ahead with it but instead of Selling/Burning my GF Skeletal Warrior I used the DEC I had stored and bought two Orbs and that went fantastic for me as you guys can see I got One Legendary and 3 Epic Monsters which more than doubles the amount of DEC I spent to buy the Orbs. I do have to add the fact that I do have Gold Foil and Legendary Potions active so that did play a part in me achieving those cards. Anyways I am very happy with buying Orbs and I feel like I do have to change my strategy of Buying cards a little to accommodate buying Orbs as well.
