Thanks for accepting my proposal Dave, by the way I'm a he and not a she haha. You can call me Chris. By the way, I am leading a small steemit community here in Iligan City. Nice you to know your name Chris :) ... And I will go check out the community site and I hope you remember to let me know if you have things going on. I try to read my replies every day but sometimes I miss a few, so come post on my latest post and I can usually spot it. I tell you this because I do want to help you and I think there are many things we can do together.
For instance, I just had a conversation this morning about an initiative to help the newer members get some more views on their posts so they don't lose hope and get discouraged. You would be someone that I would think would like to be a "founding member" of this initiative and give input and work with us.
I also want to find ways to connect each other and develop the concepts of "best practices"... Like your community is doing what you are doing, and there are so many more communities to reach. If we had a "model" of what works to show people then it helps to make it easier for the next guy.
So yes I accept your proposal and I look forward very much to our relationship developing!
