The idea was simple, but the delivery has been very very slow....

Try to create a "real world" currency backed by steem. Initial investors deposited 1 steem with the @bankofwelshie and got in return WELSHIES to that value. The account then blogs regularly to add value to the account and it all gets powered up.

Ohh yeah, plus the account gives out daily upvotes to people that hold welshies.
