4 Unit Housing: The Music Dwellings

I would like to introduce you to my 4 Unit dwelling proposal. The target audience is musicians interested in acoustically sound spaces, and outdoor jamming space, shared by all units in the form of 2 balconies. Each unit is 2 stories, with a bedroom on the second floor. The first floor is dedicated to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. Space saving techniques are applied in order to maximize area, while at the same time keeping the space open enough to create great acoustics, reminiscent of a small auditorium. 

The entire building is unified by a perforated roof, ingrained with an organic pattern. Sun shining through would create a very unique experience.
