Hello ffuckwrs, How are you all ?? Wishing you all happy and prosperous life ahead.

Today i would like to share the recipe of Paneer Wrap commonly known as Kathi roll or paneer Frankie, which is prepared with soft Flatbread which madeup of all-purpose flour, spicy paneer filling in it. It is healthy if you use wheat flour instead of maida, as it contains less oil and protein i.e. Paneer. Basically it is snacks recipe but you can enjoy it anytime in your meal even ideal recipe for breakfast. you can made this with leftover chapati. You can add stuffing as per choice - chicken, lamb, or mutton and served with a semi-dry gravy

                               Ingredients 

For dough

• 2 cup maida.• 1 cup Wheat.• ½ tsp salt.• water, for kneading.• Oil, for greasing

For stuffing

• ½ cup thick curd.• 1 tsp chilli powder.• ½ tsp garam masala.• 1 tsp of Turmeric Powder.• 1tsp kasuri methi.• 2 tsp oil.• 1 cup Cubed paneer.• 2 tbsp oil.• 5-6 cloves chopped garlic.• 1 sliced onion.• 1 Sliced capsicum.• 2 tbsp of mayonnaise.• salt to taste.

For making warp

• tomato sauce.• chaat masala.(optional)

Firstly, in a large plate, take cups maida, wheat salt and 1 tsp ghee. Mix well and with the water and knead until you have a smooth dough.

Grease with oil, cover and let it rest. Keep it aside.

Meanwhile in a bowl take thick curd, chilli powder, turmeric powder, 2 tsp kasuri methi, ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp oil. Mix it well, ensuring that spices are thoroughly combined.

Add paneer cubes, make sure your paneer is not too soft otherwise it will break while mixing.

Now add the garam masala and Chaat masala to
make delicious.

Mix it gently,ensuring all the spices are thoroughly combined. Keep it aside for atleast 10 minutes. This process is known as marination, it help infuse its mild, milky flavor with bold spices, herbs transforming it from bland to flavorful.

Heat the oil in the kadai or pan, add the garlic cloves, wait it for a second.

Now add the marinated paneer.

Keep this on low flame. Since it contains curd, it will start releasing oil; then, add a little mayonnaise to it.

just added the onions and bell peppers so they stay crunchy, giving the roll a distinct flavor when it's ready

Cook it thoroughly and let it thicken so it stays in the stuffing; otherwise, it will leak out and won't stuff properly.

To prepare the wrap, once the dough has rested well. Kead again. Pinch a ball-sized piece of dough

Gently roll the dough into a circle. Use light pressure and rotate it often to keep the shape even.

flip to another side to roast it. Roast on both sides till they turn golden and slightly crunchy.

Finally, roll the Paneer Kathi Roll tightly.
Tip : You can also make this recipe with leftover rotis. If you have leftover paneer curry, you can dry it out and use it as well to make delicious wraps.
