Yeah, that was pretty nervous. Hopefully I didn't have much at stake in cyprus banks that time. Test run - yes, highly likely. One way or another they have to deal with global bad banks balances. In that case they obviously didnt like what they got on Cyprus. Italy's bank system in much worse shape than Cyprus one and yet we see no bailouts.
