It depends upon a lot of factors.
How often do you post, how many followers do you get, how often do you comment, where do you comment...
It is all about being visible and people remembering you. It takes a while to build a following...a long while. Post quality articles and comment quite often with people so that they know you are around. Over time, you will get people upvoting your content.
Also, be sure to upvote others...even if your vote isnt worth a ton, it will grow over time. But do not exceed 20 percent a day. Preserve what little you have so that the vote is worth at least something.
