Whining about Reward Content from one Minnow to Another.
I'm going to interject a little rant and say I hate seeing people gripe or complain about rewards posted for certain topics or content that's been shared.
The likes and dislikes of your fellow Steemit'ers ? Steemian, we all really need clarification on what we're calling ourselves. Ok back to the above, the likes and dislikes of your fellow posters are subjective and will continue to be based on nothing more than this.
I understand when someone rips off content and passes it off as their own, and as a community we've done a decent job in helping to mitigate this; however, reposting an interesting video, clip or image with the right accreditation can be equally as valuable and deserving of that reward, so don't get mad, participate and become engaged in Steemit.
In sharing something with us all, it's brought it into our community and allowed us to discuss, laugh, smile and sometimes debate the topic at hand, and this is just as valuable.
So in closing with my short little rant, get over it, have fun, and just shut up already. #iloveya
I would agree with you about reposting as long as it's as part of a bigger post and to illustrate the subject matter. If not, then endless video reposts will end up making steemit look like another clickbait site.
No more than reddit has /r/videos than we have #videos. I too think posts with more thought and context are great, but I've found some great random docs and videos on here too just the same.
