I think that reinvest at 50% might be the cause here ;)
steemdesk does not track reinvested part, only the payout, and since only 50% of the profit is being paid (the second half is auto-reinvested) - well, that cuts the displayed APR in half.
Okay I see, In most of the Cases I have checked that Delegators to Tipu are receiving the highest APR but it felt like I am the only one who is getting low Payments 😅😅
Low STEEM price doesn't help but it should be better soon :) And of course APR is the same for every user.
