Yep, if you'll send 1 SBD, you'll receive 2 SBD upvote (if the post is not too old, hasn't been flagged by steemcleaners etc.)

In general, 25% of post value is a reward for curators so 1.5 SBD will be left for you (and further divided between SBD, STEEM and STEEM POWER during the payout).
