Steemit is really like Reddit, i am wondering decentralization is really necessary or not?

In my view, decentralized accounts make sure every post is marked(maybe the word is not suitable) and can't be manipulated.

That's the big difference and value follows the posts.

Another thing, it is more like a platform beyond countries but why so many Korean(i means the language) on it? Because of this there are only people in their country can understand. It's a barrier to communicate, and the circle is closed. So the upvoting or rewards are only decided by amounts using Steemit in the country.

In my own point, obviously the Steemit Team wants to stretch to further ranges. English is well

How you think?

As far as I know, Reddit is more about linking and discussing external content, and Steemit objective is to promote creation of original content.

In my opinion it is good for Steemit to atract people writing in other languages, and I think it would be great to have people translating some of the best articles, giving back a part of the benefits to the original author.

decentralization is necessary , because not 1 power ( be that a government and some company or group of hackers ) could shut down Steemit .
