The law is far from settled and in cases like this where a known scammer is being unmasked it's quite easy to argue as legal.
when it comes to
the intent to Threaten, Harass, Intimidate, Shame, Humiliate or Place at Risk…the law is very clear.
What if it was with the intent to put a name to someone who is doing wrong, so that victims can then go after the scammer?
That is not the same as threatining to relese information that would leade to the aboved if demandds are not met by a 3rd party.
