3 Reasons Why Steemit WILL Dominate the market
Here are 3 great reasons why I think Steemit has the potential to dominate the internet media and news sector.
Steemit Rewards Voters & Contributers
Rewarding contributors for posts and content is not something new, but rewarding people who vote is certainly a new concept. Steemit doesn't just reward any user who votes on things, they reward you if you vote on valuable content that you believe could go trending. Rewarding people who vote on valuable content will allow the flow of information to be spread much faster and more efficiently then other media news sites. This concept encourages writers to write about important and relevant stories which in turn creates a content rich atmosphere for Steemit and its readers.
Steemit is for everyone
Unlike some media news sites, Steemit has a category / niche for basically everybody. Whether you have interests in sports or politics you will have no problem finding valuable content about that category in a matter of seconds. Aside from this, Steemit allows anyone to post content without having to go through post moderation (which can be both positive and negative). The positive side to allowing anyone to post is that it encourages people who may be new to writing posts to give it a shot and receive feedback. 
Steemit has an HTML based Editor
As other people who have blogged before, having an editor allows you to make your posts much more flavorful. Although the editor is nothing fancy it is 100% better then some user-submitted content sites that don't even provide any sort of a editor. Some great things I like about the editor is the way you can add photo's into posts, instead of having to save the photo on your PC and upload it like most sites, on Steemit you can just paste the image URL and move image.
Those are my top 3 reasons why I think Steemit will dominate the internet news industry. By rewarding voters and contributors it will excel the flow of valuable information while encouraging users to post content. Steemit will be a source of rich and valuable news that users can count on.
