Really good initiative, I've already talk to french Youtuber in order to make them join the platform !
And the video you selected is really good, I'm already doing 3 of them but I'll see to improve ;)
Yeah it's on us to tell people about Steemit, these people who have big audiences and quality content would be well served by extending their reach into STeemit, and so would we as Steemit users, because of course their involvement would grow quality content on steemit, and viewership and participation on Steemit through curration and comments. :)
