I sympathize, it's way too easy to get involved in a ton of things and then realize you don't have enough time to give them all the attention they deserve. Every time I'm tempted to jump into something new, I just visualize my wife saying "you spend more time with your computer than you do with me!" and that helps curb the impulse.
