Dear Diary: It is A Success That I Am Not So Breathless Today Because I Controlled My Fluid Intake
I am happy because I am not breathless today unlike in the recent weeks where I just chase my breath just to put some oxygen into my system. I believe that I will have some better days these coming months of hot weather with high humidity because I will indeed sweat a lot and help me manage my fluid intake as my skin shall help me pass excess fluids so that I won't get so breathless myself.
Flatulence also gives me trouble in breathing because it displaces the room in which my lungs could expande when I breathe in and it is caused by mainly sugary and fibrous foods like fruits and vegetables that is why I do not prefer vegetables although I like to eat them especially if I was the one who will cook which at the moment I can't.
If only steemit or cryptocurrencies came early in my life that my life will not be at a certain point will not be like this where a lot of people had given up on my case. But I am continuing to fight for my self preservation although I know that I am better off dead but I have still some plans and goals to keep for my family as well as God's plan for me whicch I have no clue what that was. So I am keeping it up and see how far can I go with this life no mateer how difficult it is to manage. God help me.
