Curation and Upvote Vision of @cryptoscout

After reading an article by @alishannoor - Request and Advice to all Bidding Bots to help steemit community:, I had some crazy introspection on whether I am doing my part to building the steem community and found that I too am guilty and negligent when it comes to writing articles. It lacks effort and is filled with laziness; self upvoting is a crime I have to confess, after some selfless brainstorming it was time to set some ground-rules.

At the time of writing this article my upvote was valued at roughly $0.03 and might not be seen as very influential for now but one thing is for certain, every single cent to a minnow is a cent closer to the next dollar and come with much appreciation.

MY VISION:

In a 24 hour cycle I have “10 – 11” 100% upvotes, thinking of what I can do for fellow steemians and the steem community. Not much at this stage but I am willing to give it a try and hopefully inspire other members to follow. As time goes on more value will be added to what I’m trying to achieve and get the word out there with the help of every single person who reads, shares and becomes a part of this vision.
Before today I was selling my upvotes via SmartSteem and started growing my steempower as a result of the earnings from it. As I still hope to grow my account and be able to reward more community members and followers I will continue to do so but I am willing to plough back 6 of those 100% upvotes back into the community until such time that I will be able to give all 10-11 votes to the community. This can be seen as the @cryptoscout initiative to help make steem based platforms a better place.

HOW WILL I GO ABOUT CURATING AND UPVOTING?
Select 1 Introduceyourself post per day to welcome a new community member and both upvote and comment on their post to add a presence of a warm welcome to the platform.
I will also select 2 value adding comments per day in order to promote interaction amongst community members, 1 comment on my most recent post and 1 comment from one of the resteemed articles as described in (3).
3 Articles will be hand-picked, upvoted, resteemed and commented on by @cryptoscout, to qualify for the chance to receive such an upvote I have set out the criteria below;
Original content, (not copied, edited or contain any form of tag abuse),
Between 1 - 24 hours of age,
Accounts with a reputation between 25 – 40,
Must contain one of the following tags; #cryptoscout, #bitcoin, #cryptocurrency, #crypto or #blockchaine, (as a crypto fanatic I only feel it is fair to use these tags as it is in line with my interests)

There you have it, as the value of my @cryptoscout account grows the greater rewards will be. I call on everyone to either support this initiative by starting something similar or by sharing this article. You are more than welcome to either take part by delegating steempower (5SP, 10SP, 20SP or 50SP) or even by upvoting resteemed content.

FINAL THOUGHT

We all have a part to play in the community and to help making it a better place for everyone.
