It’s literally impossible to do laundry on the ISS, they must stretch what they have brought with them as long as possible.

After doing a fair amount of google searching I came across a good article on the nasa.gov site.

“In his series of "Space Chronicles," ISS Expedition Six Science Officer Don Pettit wrote that he changes his underwear once every 3 or 4 days.”
