Colours

I have had monochrome days
Days completely devoid of colour
These are the days that I’ve really had to explore the dark parts of myself
Because it was all i could see
My vision could not extend past it
Days that i lost all faith in the bright colours of life
Days that i believed a lot less in myself
These are not days i remember fondly
But they also helped me grow as a person
