If my upvote is a good metric, it seems like we're only on 10% of the payouts vs. just before the hard fork. That's measured in SBD though, but it seems payouts have a long way to grow over the coming weeks.
I'm curious: what changed in this recent edition other than what appears to be delayed payouts (which I kind of like, if true)?
