I don't know how to implement, but especially in countries where is a lot of corruption it will be a great step forward to have everything in a blockchain ( ok not really currency related, but I think the even more about all what comes with the cryto currencies ). So ie if have a developing country the land titles transparent within a blockchain, it will be more difficult for those who build their wealth on corruption..
