Ingredients
750 beef (typical inside)
3 bay leaves
5 orange leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1 cm of cinnamon
2 cloves
1 tbsp brown sugar, comb
1 tbsp of tamarind water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Salt taste
750 ml of water (may add if the meat is not tender)
Ground spices:
10 grains of red onion
6 cloves of garlic
2 red pepper, cored
1 young lengkuas thumb
4 cm turmeric
1 tbsp roasted coriander
5 grains of pecan, fried
1/4 nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon pepper grains
Step
Saute the finer spices until fragrant, enter the bay leaf, lemongrass, lime leaves, cloves, cinnamon, stir well, enter the meat, aduk2 to change color.
After the meat changes color seasoning salt, brown sugar, sour water & sweet soy sauce, stir until blended and then pour water, cook until tender meat and seasoning seep, lift and serve.
