Errors Signing Up to Steemit

I tried logging in to Steemit and the first time I told Facebook not to share my email. That was a bad idea. I eventually had to delete my app authorization on Facebook and try logging in again.

So I had a fight with Yahoo who wanted me to change my password. But I digress.

Then I tried creating donn@edwards as user name and this didn't work either. Got a nasty error message. So now I'm DonnEdwardsZA (without the capitals). why can't i have capitals? anyone would think it was a system devised by ee cummings or a unix programmer. oh well, at least i can use punctuation and capitals in my blog posts.

I will definitely keep calm. As soon as I stop getting websocket connect errors. ;-)
