You're right, and I'm already on track for a better week, but better than "worst ever" isn't much. Maybe it will take 2 or 3 more weeks of data before we see what longterm effect it had. Definitely not a non-effect, though. Ripples may be felt for a while after that one!
Hopefully the long term benefits will be worth the pain. I would expect that this week and next your chart will at least move back to the long term average.
