Top Posts On Steemit - One Year Ago Today - Aug 13 '16
Many people would like to know how Steemit looked before, not only newbies but also early adopters would love to remind themselves memories of the "old" Steemit from a year ago, when there were less users, and the Steemit community was like one big family. But with the current interface it's impossible to dig to much. There are so much posts every day, that to go back a year will take a month.
So I decided to put together a daily report with the top posts from today a year ago. I want to thank to @arcange the one who powers SteemSQL a tool I used for this report, and to @evolved08gsr for giving me advice how to generate these reports.
Special thanks to @jrcornel for supporting me from the beginning I'm here.
The top posts are divided in 3 tables.
- Top posts by payout
- Top posts by # of comments
- Top post by number of upvotes
Please note that some posts maybe filtered for various reasons.
Great post
$1840 payment for an article on stale coffee! Crazy days, I wish I discovered Steemit a bit earlier.
But I guess I would have said the same in a year if that was when I discovered Steemit...
Discover it today, before you will say next year the same thing. And don't think that every post got such payout. A lot of other posts got $0.
$4200 for a post by dollarvigi...now he gets $400...rightfully so.
There were days... see this link https://steemit.com/politics/@dantheman/the-politics-of-negative-voting#@tuck-fheman/re-dantheman-re-macartem-re-dantheman-the-politics-of-negative-voting-20160813t202837226z a comment that got a payout of $1143.02
