It means that you are doing curation manually, without using voting bot and it is worthy of respect.
I also periodically check the feed of new posts, and I'm sad to see that the posts of new authors, sometimes even very quality, gets only 0,01-0,1 reward while the whales posts get hundreds of dollars largely due to voting bots.
Human approach must be more important than money.
Yes, I am doing my curation manually. And even more than that, I try to view and read every post I upvote.
