I agree with you, in a lot of what you propose in your post, I am of the opinion that the motivation of what we do in our life, should not be, only, the money that this activity generates. Although of course, we can not give our work, because we can not live on air. But the truth is that we should like what we do, because that will turn into better results. I told you that 3 days ago I completed my first year at Steemit, so I never lived the prosperity of this platform. Since I started, I received very low rewards, but in reality, the rewards were never the strongest reason for my income. What I really liked about steemit was sharing, what I love (photography), and also being able to share, with those who kindly read my work, I learn from them during the research I do to build my post .

I do not know if my motivations, will lead me to one day, my post get great rewards. But the truth is, while I see if it happens or not, I will continue to enjoy sharing through my publications, the essence of the world that surrounds me and that I capture through the lens of my camera.

In addition, perhaps one of the most important things that has allowed me to obtain this platform, are new friends, in different parts of the world. They have not only allowed me to know the wonderful world around them, their culture, but also learn a little through their perspectives of life. And not to mention, of everything I've learned, at the level of science and technology. It is an ecosystem so rich in perspectives, realities, information, that beyond what can be obtained at a monetary level, the reward at the level of personal growth will always surpass it.
