Just saw your post coincidentally. I tried Binance a while ago -- unfortunately only @ned can fill out the listing form. Here's what it looks like:
Its a 12 page long process.
I'm sure one of the top 20 witnesses can coordinate SBD listing on Binance in place of @ned. They are collectively making decisions for STEEM. Also, Binance is not the only exchange. Any major exchange will do.
