I nominate him, Because of helping newbies. He uses to give them support to be a successful steemian.
If you go through his account, you will see his maximum posts are informative.

He runs some contests and couple photography contents. Though he is a good photographer too in a view of mine.
so, I think he should win to keep on this supportive work.
