Well these bots are used to promote posts. You dont use them for the comments, but for your blogs to be more visible :)

Recently, some bots have been upvoting comments and it's shocking to see that. I agree with your points though.

Thank you for following me and reading my blog. Indeed it is shocking. I noticed that 2 months ago when I was running a contest and people used these bots to get more upvotes. It was really crazy. I hope that they will limit the usage of bots in the future.
