Investing 100€ is not the problem. The problem is, that I don´t know how to really use it and develop my investment.

if you really want to earn quick then you should go with any bot service which having good follower and you will get whels comment and upvotes for quick pump...
Ok, so the procedure is:
Buy some STEEM (for about 100€)
Transfer some SBD to the Bots and let them do the work.
I will get a bigger base of follower through that.
And with that more upvotes will come...
