Steemit is broken?

Something strange is happening on Steemit.

The signal was given to me by the notice of a notification response to a post, despite the fact that the frame as read, reappears within a few minutes, and this is repeated indefinitely.

Then I look at what was raised by the post in question and I see that it does not coincide with other tool (SteemWorld) mentions as an accumulated reward.

I investigate the detail of votes and I conclude that there are at less two unaccounted votes that were cast several hours ago.

I think something like this has never happened to me.

Did something break? Steemit, SteemWorld, or both?
