My account is only a couple week older than yours, and I too have seen a lot of changes. Some good, some bad. The whale wars, bots, circlejerks, and fluctuating markets have made it a rocky ride, but I have only invested my time and I have gained a lot of useful experience here. I know it sounds trite, but don't let the price of crypto define your happiness.
My money is in crypto pretty much. So, the price of crypto determines what and whether or not I eat. So, it does have quite the effect on my happiness.
Best not to put all your eggs in one basket. But yeah, I can see how it makes life suck.
