You can delete a post within a certain time frame. Once I regained control of my account it was within the timeframe and so I deleted it.

Why?
Because I didn't want it on my account, it was a spam post full of memes that I didn't post. Why wouldn't I remove it from my account? It's probably still on the blockchain.
