RE: Is it time for me to take a break from Steemit? or About Overwork and Stress

in #steemit7 years ago

I am not a specialist in this point and I am not the best when it comes to speaking abouts feelings with peoples, but I will still try.
I think you are an amazing person. You do a wonderfull job for the steemit community. I mainly know you from @ocd and you do an amazing job there and invest a lot of time there. I didn't knew you were doing all this other projects, this is just great. But sometimes you just have to chill a bit, don't do to much. Just relax. Maybe play some games. Go to the cinema with your friends and even a job can help you. I think it is always good to not do the same thing all the time, it helps you to not think about a thing during the time you do the other.
It is already good that you sleep a lot, I think this is one of the best things to do to reduce stress. An idea I would give you is maybe do a day or a week without social media. Go to the welness for one day, do a hike for a day or a weekend or simply go on holidays for a week or go visit your parants for some days and have a nice time with them.

Haha.... oh J-P......the 'non speaking about feelings' person, tries to !!! <3 <3 <3 Thanks for the effort, and the kind words (I know it's difficult for you ahahahaha !!!) Truth is I am trying my best, but that best is never perfect and/or enough, that's why I get so frustrated... :(

My job is Steemit for now. More than full time. Too much... but you are right, a break is always needed at this point.
A WEEK WITHOUT SOCIAL MEDIA? You're kidding right???? xD Sorry can't do... but we said with @ma1neevent that even a day would mean salvation...
