whitepaper - i dont usually write them

I usually just write code, but occasionally I need to describe the code so that people can understand the tech a bit better. Today was such an occasion. Soon it will be announced what it is for.

I also fixed a few bugs that were reported, added support for GMC, did a bit of portfolio rebalancing.

Oh, and getting ready for a big announcement for later this week.
