Any idea what metrics we should use to decide if the recent HF was a success or failure? All the social metrics are down, however, the steem power numbers are up (though a bunch was powered down when the HF was announced so I am not sure we are net positive there yet).
HF21 feels as a success to me, but as you said, it is not really visible in the charts yet. A big difference is that paid voting service have stopped their service and started to curate manually.
