Yes you are absolutely correct.
I had been supporting jp steemians for quite some time. And most of my upvotes are for those who post in EN and JP. If there are no English words in the post title, most likely I won't click to read it 😄
I understand about that! English is main language in here and only Japanese people use Japanese in the world.
It's hard to read for most of steemians haha
