What to succeed in life?

In fact, I'm still calm after what hasn't been achieved. I still believe I can do something for my family. I still try every day, only I am afraid to share with friends or other social networks like facebook, linked, zalo, ... I see Steemit is a place with valuable shares. My problem is also very real. And my problem needs genuine sharing, but I don't think my share is valuable.
In front of the University, I learned very well. University, I passed the exam. For many different reasons, such as the economy, I have not been prepared, so I made the wrong decision to drop out of college. About 6 years later, I retested the university and entered the old school as usual. I went to work, also changed jobs a few times. Then came a relatively large company (revenue of 100 billion VND), within 1 month, I was promoted to be a manager for my professional department. The company lives like a big family, so it's fun. Then 3 years passed, the company was very developed compared to the common ground (development revenue reached 1000 billion VND), but for me it is important that the working environment is not an annual salary increase (but salary I also increased enough to drink, interact with friends. The company grows, the problem of company structure is often, I'm tired of unrelated things. I applied for a leave. I am 40 years old. I had a small family with a sly son. I have to work. Going to work or start up is my thinking, and I decided to start up. The first year, the job is called temporary. In the second year, the old people in my old company also took a full break, and started up, I didn't really understand the reason. Because the working environment for my company is limited, I meet my competitors, I am really less (I do not dare to market online because of many factors such as capital, human resources, ...). Now is the 3rd year. Now I am facing the choice: to get a job again to stabilize my life (but I do not have money to save) or continue with the company I named?
