and why every post I vote just a little bit?

where is a well-known or senior steemit user? like @steemit @good-karma @bittrex @poloniex and as his

I was fairly beginner in steemit, still need to learn about what I should make in every post

and my last question why when I make a post just a dozen votes but little income?

and to my amazement, why in every post trending a little vote, but a lot of income?
