The format of the date fields is 'YYYYWW'.
I.e. 201729 is week 33 of 2017 (from August 14 to August 20).
I think you mean '201733', not '201729', right?
Hence the confusion, but thanks for clarifying the format :)
Oops, you're right.
That's the week of year. For example 201736 means that he refers to the 36th week of year 2017.
