If game developers or members of specific gaming communities become curators, could there be a risk of showing a soft corner toward their own games or communities? Will there be guidelines to ensure fair and unbiased curation across all games?

Also, will the Gaming Theme be open for applications from anyone, or will applicants still need to have a direct connection or involvement with gaming, as in previous themes?
