Don't use the weekend as an excuse to let you work slip don't let 2 days ruin 5 days of hard work !

Yes enjoy yourselves but don't go and unravel the hard work and effort you put in and spend the rest of next week clawing it back ....
That's not productive if anything it's counter productive!

Use your head be sensible you can still enjoy yourself and relax without screwing up your hard work
