Lately I also thought how to incentivise new authors... and I came up with something like "Redistribiution Fridays"

There is a special variable in STEEM called max_accepted_payout. If someone want to decline whole payout, then this variable is set to 0. But what if... every Friday this variable would be set to 5 SBD for everybody?

No one would be guaranteed to earned those 5 dollars, but with max payout equal 5 dollars, if would be much easier to every one to earn those 5 dollars.

And if someone would like to earn more than a 5 SBD, they can always publish article day later :)

At the same time, on this day we would produce big amount of content, so every Friday everyone would know, that there will be something speciall prepared by everyone :)
