HTC is operating with Sprint on a 5G smart hub, coming in 2019
HTC works on a new device, but we do not know precisely what the device is or why you want it. All we know is that it will support 5G.
HTC explained in a tweet that he partnered with Sprint, making it the so-called "5G smart, smart hub". This next device will be launched in the United States in the first half of next year and will likely take place on the Sprint's next-generation network. Qualcomm is also part of the joint effort of two, as it will be a smart hub to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon x50 5G modem with Gigabit LTE and 5G capabilities.
Sprint has said in a blog post that this product will be compatible with 5G to enable mobile, business or home users to enjoy Sprint 5G on multiple devices with incredibly fast connectivity for content sharing, mobile entertainment games, and more. " many people wonder what HTC and Sprint could have a 5G mobile smart hub: a simple mobile focal point or something different?
We contacted Sprint for a comment, and we will let you know when we find out more.
Keep in mind that in August, Sprint announced that it would cooperate with LG to release the 5G smartphone, which should also be launched in the first half of 2019. Sprint plans to launch its 5G service to nine US cities, including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, and New York.
Motorola also plans to provide the Moto 5G Moto Mod for the Moto Z3, which is expected to be launched at Verizon's next-generation 5G network in 2019.
