All this could maybe be supported by the Fork-Wielding Head Warlock casting a spell limiting the number of postings to 4 a day and capping the maximum rewards for posting and comments.
I have half a post on it i wrote last night but will add some thoughts to it. There are complications.
Yes, comments and sockpuppetry being just two of them. I think a cap will do some good, though.
