A Newbie on Steem !

Alright , so I joined Steemit few days ago but I still have some issues and didn't knew where to post them.
I read the noobie guide but still have some questions .

If I want to invest now in STEEM , should I buy the STEEM POWER or the simply the STEEM ? and why ?
My second question is , what is the "Estimated value" represent ? and can I withdraw that estimated value to BTC or cash or whatever ?
