I found it helpful to pay for resteeming once a while to find more followers. But take care not to pay to much! Even if you find followers it doesn't mean that their upvote gives you a reward in $ too. Resteeming service starts at 0.01 SBD and you can find some at 0.1 SBD which can be affordable at the beginning. @peekbit
