How about this one

After removing all temporary witnesses and returning Steem to the community,

Apparently these brand new accounts with similar names, created on the same day with the same method, and voted by @dev365 at the same time before they even had set up a working witness server are "the community":

https://steemd.com/@rlawlstn123
https://steemd.com/@cryptoking777

And then there's @parse, @matreshka, @steem-dragon, @hinomaru-jp, @menacamel, @hoasen and probably others that are sockpuppets with google-translated witness posts.

It also seems like some of the real people are running multiple, sybil witnesses to gobble up more rewards. I seriously doubt there are more than 10 real nodes running Steem's consensus at the moment.

Justin Sun can't even find 20 real people to be his slave witnesses. That says a lot.

Sort:

Also, several of the witnesses are controlled by the same people creating a other Sybil attack. Example @ayogom is zzan.witness @jayplayco is triple.aaa witness. I haven't even looked into where else there is overlap. Those are just the painfully obvious ones.

the downvote on this says a lot
